Shell-Kurita Presentation: FCC Main Fractionator Fouling / Corrosion Mitigation

When fouling and corrosion take hold in an FCC main fractionator, things can go sideways fast. In this session, Shell and Kurita will discuss a successful salt removal treatment program, which helped Shell get to its planned turnaround, clean the main fractionator and top circulating reflux (TCR) of salt, improve heat transfer in TCR circuits, and lowered main fractionator Delta P.
