Kurita’s Ammonium Chloride Free (ACF) technology neutralizes corrosive ammonium salts before they can cause fouling or corrosion, converting them into safe, easily removed compounds.

Pre-treatment: To ensure that water is treated to your standards, Kurita supplies both standard and customized equipment solutions, including clarification and filtration systems as well as membranes. Along with offerings for pre-treatment of water, Kurita provides Avista™ Membrane Treatment Solutions. As a combination of chemical and services, our Avista program is customized to meet your needs around membrane systems and any upstream filtration, ensuring effective pre-treatment. Boiler Water Treatment: To maintain steam purity, Kurita prevents scale and corrosion in boiler water to ensure heat transfer efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Composed of film-forming amines, Cetamine® creates a hydrophobic barrier between metal and water to inhibit corrosion and prevent scale formation.
Cooling Water Treatment: Kurita offers a broad portfolio of cooling water treatment chemicals and equipment, including non-phosphorus solutions to reduce environmental impact and biodegradable corrosion control solution Tower NG without azoles, to ensure efficient operation and reduce environmental strain. Kurita also supplies biocides, reagents, antiscalants, and more.
Wastewater Treatment: Kurita treats complex wastewater effluents with solutions that meet discharge regulations and support water reuse initiatives. Our wastewater coagulants, flocculants, and bioaugmentation technologies help ensure effluent meets discharge permit needs while our liquid-solids separations (LSS) and dewatering solutions offering additional opportunities for return on investment. Kurita also supplies oil recovery and slop oil treatment aids as well as desalter effluent pre-treatment additives.
